NIC Asia Bank, which has been providing intuitive digital banking services, has launched Cardless Withdrawal facility from ATMs using Mobile Banking (NIC ASIA MoBank) app.
Customers who open an account with the bank and avail the bank’s mobile banking services will be able to withdraw cash at any time using this service from the bank’s 473 ATMs across the country. To avail this latest feature of the bank, the bank’s NIC ASIA MoBank users will verify the amount they want to withdraw by tapping on the Cardless Withdrawal icon inside the app, enter the transaction PIN or Fingerprint and then receive the OTP on the mobile number registered in their bank account. Arrangements have been made to get the desired amount by going inside the Cardless Transaction on the screen of OTP ATM, re-mentioning the amount you want to withdraw and clicking on the Withdrawal icon.
Adopting the strategy of Digital First, in order to gradually provide all banking services and facilities through digital medium, the Bank has recently been promoting the practice of Self Help Banking through NIC ASIA MoBank Platform so that customers can avail banking services from any place, anytime.
Customers can use their NIC ASIA MoBank to access their account information, account statement, money transfer, internal remittance, term deposit opening, bank branch and ATM location, NTC / Ncell Topup, utility bill payment, IPO application, hearing their complaint and Progress Tracking etc. Many facilities can be easily taken. In addition, the bank has developed an iServe platform to enable digital services to be physically available to the customers and the services can be availed online from NIC ASIA MoBank and the bank’s website.
